Manage daily transportation operations, leveraging Transportation Management Software Tools to drive efficiency Develop proactive, cost-effective logistics solutions tailored to customer needs Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business expansion Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages Negotiate competitive rates across multiple transportation modes (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road) Monitor and manage shipment tracking, tracing, and appointment scheduling Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure seamless execution Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational continuity

Undergraduate degree required; a focus in Business Administration or Commerce is an asset Minimum 3 years' related experience in the transportation industry Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal A customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to deliver on commitments and grow client relationships Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
