Bar S Ventures is a Merritt, BC based company. We are a conventional roadside logging operation, which includes forest harvesting, road building, log hauling & low-bedding services.
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Log Hauling
Truck Driver.Duties
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport logs to various mills around the Merritt area.
- Pre & Post Trip Truck & Trailer(s) for mechanical issues
- Maintain E-Log and send driving records weekly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Skills
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Commercial driving experience
- Produce a commercial drivers abstract
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Basic automotive repair skills to handle minor mechanical issues on the road
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
