Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Log Truck Driver to join our team, hauling areas include Hazelton, Meziadin, Stewart, Burns Lake/Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting logs safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. A strong commitment to safety is essential. Log hauling experience a must.

Duties



Safely operate a commercial truck to transport logs to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Perform minor maintenance such as washing and greasing on the vehicle as needed.

Skills



Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues an asset. Experience in transportation logistics. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in moving goods and understanding of hauling procedures.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
