Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LogTruck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting logs across various routes. This role requires the ability to operate heavy vehicles both "On Highway" and "Off Highway", and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all regulations.
Responsibilities
Safely operate trucks to transport gravel/logs to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Ensure proper securing of cargo. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Experience
2 years experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
Work Location: On the road
