Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logging Truck Driver (at least 3 years of verifiable logging experience) to haul saw logs, studs and pulpwood to different mills in Northeastern Ontario.

As a member of the T Bell Transport team, drivers are responsible for completing daily deliveries in a safe, courteous and timely manner. A typical work week is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

AZ Driver's License At least 5 years' related logging experience Solid work record WHMIS Clean CVOR Drivers abstract both personal / commercial

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform mandatory pre and post vehicle inspections Constantly monitor vehicle fitness, load security and ever-changing road conditions Ability to take direction and communicate verbally Maintain accurate electronic logs and vehicle inspections Secure all loads, material and equipment Perform other related duties as required

Skills:

- Route driving: Familiarity with Bush roads and highways to efficiently navigate delivery routes
- Load/unload: Experience in safely loading and unloading cargo or materials using appropriate equipment
- Manual transmission: Proficiency in driving vehicles with manual transmissions
- Automotive repair: Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance procedures
