We are currently hiring for a Full Time Local Delivery Driver for our Whitehorse, YK Branch.
The Local Delivery Driver will be responsible for the daily operations of the business regarding delivering bulk fuels to customers. Performs other duties related to company functions as directed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Pick-up and deliver products as scheduled and complete delivery/meter tickets as required.
• Assist in keeping the vehicle in good working condition.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Keep truck and pumps in clean and orderly condition.
• Help to keep a clean and orderly station
• Complete and turn in all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift. May include, but not limited to, Driver electronic daily logs, TDG documentation including fuel lading forms (declining balance), bills of lading, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, hours of service, etc.
• Must be willing to work some overtime during busy seasons and be available for callouts.
• Be professional and courteous with customers.
• Must be able to work well with others and perform a variety of duties.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid 3 Driver's License with airbrakes or Class 1
• Highschool Diploma/ GED
• Clean driver's abstract
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50-75 lbs. routinely and carry fuel hoses across rough, uneven terrain
• Knowledge on computers and telephone
• Positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• All applicants will be required to pass a drug/alcohol test, criminal background check and 50lb fitness test

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The selected candidate will regularly work in an office/field setting. There may be a need to attend to situations on work sites.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils may occur. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and listen.
