Tim Hortons is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a

Lobby Attendant

. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. As a valued team member, you will ensure that our lobby, dining area, restrooms, and surrounding property are kept clean and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude Clean and clear tables promptly and thoroughly Wipe down all surfaces including tables, chairs, windows, counters, and high-touch areas Sweep and mop floors in the lobby and other customer-accessible areas Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly and restock supplies Wash dishes and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot by sweeping and removing litter Assist team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and follow safety and cleanliness standards Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
