Position Description Diamond North Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Loan Support Officer (term), in our Nipawin service location. This term position will extend until August 2024. The Loan Support Officer is accountable for the provision of administrative services that support the retail lending functions of the Credit Union. This position provides a seamless and efficient back-office experience that results in a cohesive member experience for the Credit Union\xe2\x80\x99s members. The Loan Support Officer also provides direct support to Credit Union partners and staff by telephone regarding a variety of lending administration services. Through professional interactions with other staff and partners, the position fosters service excellence through each personal and electronic interaction.
