Job Description

:

• Authorise Bilateral/Syndicated (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loan transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy
• Processing/Authorising of Bilateral Loans and activities - Disbursment, Re-payment processing, Loan Servicing, Interest/Fee Payment, Asset servicing, Agency assignments and transfers, Invoicing of legal fees, Agency fee billing process and other maintenace activities
• Generate Payoff letter, Amortization schedule, Subpoena requests as requested
• Proficient in Applications such as LoanIQ, ACBS and other required applications in Commercial Lending
• Prioritization of transaction
• Reviewing Loan Agreement made between the Lead/ Agent Bank and the Borrower
• Manage and ensure accuracy handling various processes.
• Ensure all Client deliverables/ MIS are shared as per agreed timelines.
• Interact with the Client and provide required updates.
• Handhold and manage team across diverse situation.
• Ensure optimum utlization of resources within the team.
• Train the team and keep them updated with all relevant details. Competencies/Skills: - Excellent Communication Skills

Knowledge/Experience:

• At least 4-5 years of experience into lending operations
• Proficient in Applications such as LoanIQ, ACBS etc
• Preparation of Process-reports, exception-reports, error-reports and various business MIS's.
• Directly liaising with clients and syndicate members to ensure all commitments, fees and limits are as per the loan agreement and ensuring daily funding is received correctly

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $42,742.40-$60,085.84 per yearSchedule:

• Commercial Loan: 1 year (preferred)
• Commercial Lending: 1 year (preferred)
• Loan IQ: 1 year (preferred)
• ACBS: 1 year (preferred)
