to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will operate front end loaders equipped for snow removal, ice management, and winter site maintenance across commercial and residential properties. This role requires strong equipment-handling skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Loader with wing plow for snow clearing, snow relocation, stacking, and general site cleanup.
Maintain safe and efficient operation during snowstorms, poor visibility, low temperatures, and icy conditions.
Complete assigned routes in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report mechanical issues immediately.
Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in good working order.
Work collaboratively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other snow crew staff.
Follow all company safety procedures, local regulations, and job-site requirements.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or property representatives.
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience operating front end loader and other snow equipment (1-2 years preferred).
Ability to work long or irregular hours depending on snowfall conditions.
Valid driver's license; clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in extreme winter weather.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Preferred:
Experience in snow removal operations.
Mechanical knowledge of skid-steer maintenance and troubleshooting.
Certifications for heavy equipment operation (if applicable).

Work Environment & Schedule

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage paid monthly rate based on experience.
Opportunities for overtime during heavy snowfall.
