o serve as a live-in resident caretaker for our building. This is a live-in position with housing provided. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities include:
General property maintenance and upkeep (both inside and outside)
Cleaning common areas (hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, etc.)
Managing garbage and recycling collection/disposal
Lawn care and snow removal (as needed)
Monitoring building security and addressing tenant concerns
Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs (conducting inspections, etc.
Coordinating with contractors for larger repairs or maintenance issues
Ensuring compliance with building rules and regulations
On-call availability for emergencies
Qualifications:
Previous caretaking or property management experience preferred
Basic maintenance skills (handyman/woman abilities)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies
