Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Candidate will be required to live in the building and have a chance to reside in a newly renovated building in a highly sought after location. 1 and 2 bedroom units are available with a parking spot. Please discuss salary with management.

Responsibilities

Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist with leasing processes, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing. Coordinate maintenance requests Maintain accurate filing systems for resident records, lease agreements, and service requests. Negotiate lease terms and renewal agreements with residents to foster positive relationships. Monitor property operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and community policies. Maintain a cleanly building from the interior and exterior Shoveling snow able to to do minor maintenance tasks

Experience

Proven experience in property management or residential leasing roles. Experience in customer service, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required to effectively interact with residents and vendors. Prior experience in office administration or related roles involving data management will be advantageous.
