Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction while maintaining the property's value and integrity. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to property management.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition process. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and CMMS for efficient operations and reporting. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants while retaining existing ones. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding property management.

Skills

Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in leasing or real estate environments. Proficient in using CMMS and customer relationship management software for effective operations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with tenants and vendors. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and files. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
