Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others, especially seniors and those with disabilities, to maintain independence and quality of life. The caregiver will assist with daily activities, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or working with individuals with dementia is highly valued. Responsibilities

Provide attentive patient care tailored to each individual's needs Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare professionals Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, hospice, or home care environments preferred Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward seniors and individuals with disabilities Knowledge of dementia care and working with people with special needs or mobility challenges Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for mobility assistance or transfers Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and their families Ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary restrictions or health conditions Basic caregiving skills including medication administration and personal hygiene support Reliable, patient, empathetic, and attentive to detail in providing high-quality care
