Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and payment processing. Assist with food preparation while adhering to food safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Help fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
