Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting in various operational tasks within the restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, preparing food items, and handling transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively. Familiarity with kitchen operations and sanitation practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
