RMRF LLP is seeking a skilled

Intermediate to Senior Litigation Support Paralegal

to join our dynamic litigation team. This is a one-year contract role with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage client records using

IPRO for Desktop

Ensure documentation is properly filed, organized, and distributed Manage calendaring of important dates Code documents accurately Handle exhibits and undertakings Assist with preparation of court documents, briefs, exhibit books, and trial materials

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years of litigation support experience

Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution Proficiency with

IPRO for Desktop

and

Windows 11

(Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
