Looking for a Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Ontario
We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Ontario.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in Ontario Strong knowledge of Ontario courts, procedures, and regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently and independently Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of litigation (primarily small claims matters) from inception to resolution Draft and review legal documents and pleadings Prepare files for Court and manage court filings liaise with clients, lawyers, paralegals, and court staff
