Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, motions, and discovery materials.
Manage case files, organize evidence, and maintain detailed records.
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding scheduling, filings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for lawyer review.
Assist in trial preparation, including document management and witness coordination.
File court documents electronically and ensure compliance with procedural rules and timelines.
Provide administrative support to lawyers as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Law Clerk Studies, Legal Office Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software (e.g., PC Law, Clio, or equivalent).
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
