Our client, a well established real estate company located in Etobicoke is seeking a Litigation Law Clerk to add to their growing team!

If you are a motivated self-starter and standout colleague who is looking for an amazing IN-HOUSE position with good computer skills and ability to multitask, with a real passion for the legal industry, this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities:

Preparing legal documents

Scheduling mediations and discoveries

Drafting routine correspondence on behalf of lawyer

Entering dockets and preparing accounts

Transcription of dictations

Assisting in the organization and management of lawyers practice, i.e., opening files,

Scheduling meetings, arranging travel and/or accommodations

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in litigation

Law Clerk designation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong written and communication skills

Ability to work with a team and independently.
