Liquor and More at Glen Lake is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner. Unload pallets and restock shelves as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Serving It Right certification. Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively. Ability to conduct product demos confidently and communicate technical information when necessary. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
