Duties
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily operations, sales strategies, and customer service expectations.
Manage pricing strategies and ensure accurate pricing in the POS system.
Oversee recruiting efforts to attract top talent for various positions within the retail environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills in retail sales and customer engagement.
Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting on sales performance.
Utilize math skills for accurate financial transactions and analysis of sales data.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or sales environment.
Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems and administrative processes related to retail operations.
Proficient in math skills for handling transactions and analyzing sales reports.
Experience in recruiting and developing staff is highly desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
