What You'll Do:

Lead a crew in applying

waterborne paint, cold plastic, and other pavement markings

Ensure precise layout and measurements to meet project specifications Manage daily operations, including toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and worksite evaluations Keep accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and production quantities Oversee fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicles are clean, operational, and properly loaded Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all crew members have and use proper PPE Train and mentor crew members in pavement marking techniques and equipment operation

What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience

in line painting and crew leadership Strong leadership skills with attention to detail and efficiency

Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's License

with a clean abstract Ability to pass

pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Knowledge of

Ministry of Transportation and/or Municipal pavement marking specifications

Experience operating

paint trucks and pavement marking equipment

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
