Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Waterfront Casual Dining. This position plays a vital role in preparing and cooking high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
