Job Description
We're seeking hard working and reliable individuals to join our team of Line Cooks/Prep Cooks. The ideal candidates have experience working in a busy restaurant environment, the ability to multi-task and strong customer service skills. This position includes food prep, cooking and serving to customers, ensuring that kitchen and dining areas are clean and accessible and that all equipment is in working order.Responsibilities:
- Prepare simple, special and standard dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily workload.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas and preparation areas.
- Follow all policies, rules and regulations of the kitchen and restaurant.
- Follow health department regulations.
- Dental care

- French not required
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
