We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation compliance Serve dishes promptly and accurately to guests or servers Support the team in maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Passion for the food industry and a desire to grow culinary skills
