We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items with precision and efficiency Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards before serving Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and improve overall kitchen operations

Experience

Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment operation is highly desirable Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment will be considered an asset Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations is beneficial Previous roles involving food service or kitchen experience will help ensure a smooth transition into this position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$17.80 per hour
