OPEN POSITIONS:
Full-Time Opportunities
Night Line Cooks
- Must have strong experience and reliability for high-volume dinner service.
Day Line Cook
- Grill and saute experience required*. This is a daytime line set role with lots of responsibility and prep autonomy.
Part-Time Opportunities
Line/Prep Cooks (2-3 shifts/week)
- These roles provide backup support for days off, long weekends, holidays, and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
Ensure all food is handled safely and meets quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
Assist in ingredient prep and meal execution
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, timely service
Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices
YOU BRING:
2+ years' experience in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of kitchen systems, timing, and communication
Ability to stay focused and consistent during high-volume service
Commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Positive energy, reliability, and the ability to collaborate under pressure
