We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Serve dishes to guests in a professional and courteous manner when required
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
Experience
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen environment
Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety, sanitation, and quality assurance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of serving protocols and food service operations
