Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist with food prep tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Support the kitchen team during busy hours to meet service demands. Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen tasks. Previous experience in brunch or casual dining is a plus. Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
