Key Responsibilities

Execute food preparation, cooking, and assembly according to Grateful Chicken and Compass standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and portioned accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Assist with prep and back-of-house duties as needed Follow all health and safety regulations, including Compass Group food safety protocols Communicate clearly with your team and show up ready to work

What You'll Bring

1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred but not required) Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Positive attitude, reliability, and respect for team culture Strong communication skills and ability to take direction A genuine passion for food and hospitality
