About us

Trattoria Raccolto is a new restaurant opening in 2024 in Swift Current, SK. The concept is Florencian Steakhouse and we are looking to expand our family from a restaurant of one (Harvest Eatery) into two unique concepts, helmed by the same Executive Chef and Award-winning restrauteur, Garrett Thienes.

We are creative, engaging, fast-paced, and our goal is to create restaurants that communities can be proud to call their own, while developing a culture of professionalism, quality and inclusivity.

- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

- Prepare and serve meals at the highest level

- Proven experience in restaurant kitchens
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
