Responsibilities:
Ensure line items are fresh and stocked appropriately for the volume of business.
Report low stock items (and out of stock) to the Executive Chef before
Prepare food for service (i.e. cut, chop, mix, and cook food to exact chef's specifications
Assist the executive chef and sous chef with their daily tasks
Clean all work equipment, floors, counters and other work space during your shift and at the end of your shift.
Keep storage areas, refrigerators and freezers neat and organized.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
