Victory Lane Speedway, St. Adolphe, Manitoba

Victory Lane Speedway is a dirt track speedway located 10 minutes south of Winnipeg on Highway 75. Our concessions can serve up to approximately 2000 guests in about 4 hours. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hard working adults to join our Concession Team.

Our menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken fingers, pulled pork, mac & cheese, perogies, taco in a bag, ice cream, and fresh squeezed lemonade.

•Must be able to work on Race Days (June to September)- See our schedule on our website. Mainly Thursdays (One Tuesday and One Saturday). Evening ends approximately 10:30-11:00 PM.•

Qualifications

• Adult with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-food industry.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation as there is no bus service to the speedway.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced concession and tolerate heat as the temperature can be high at times.
• Standing/walking for long hours.
• Ability to bend and lift boxes of frozen food.
• Must be able to work under pressure.



• Cooks and grills food.
• Packages food.
• Ensures safe, sanitary food storage and production.
• Ensures a high quality of food preparation and speed of output.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness, organization, and storage of food and other items.
• Able to work in a team environment during stressful times.
• Participates in the cleaning of the concession at the end of the events.

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.00 per hour
