We're looking for a

Line Cook who is passionate about food and cooking

and takes pride in executing dishes properly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced service environment, values consistency, and wants to be part of a small, motivated team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation Work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Communicate clearly with team members during service
Qualifications

Passion for food and cooking Previous line cook or food truck experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented FoodSafe Level 1 (required or willingness to obtain)
