We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen, assisting in meal preparation and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report needs to management. Help with menu planning and development as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
