We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy restaurant team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards, including meal preparation and food handling.
Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, utilizing various cooking techniques.
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Follow recipes and instructions accurately while managing multiple orders during busy service times.
Support the kitchen team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food service operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
