Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and guidelines provided
- Cook and prepare a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in accordance with food safety standards
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong cooking skills and familiarity with various cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well as part of a team
