Role/Responsibilities:
-Continuously learn, observe and maintain Liberty Kitchen systems and operations
-Consistently execute food to our exact specifications and within our time standards
-Participate in menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control
-Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
-Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
-Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed
Requirements:
-Work well in a fast-paced environment
-Effective communication skills, both written and oral
-Ability to problem solve effectively
-Excellent organizational skills
-Kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment
-Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail
