We are looking for a passionate and experienced line cook to join our kitchen team at a Korean-Italian fusion restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong skills in pasta and main dish preparation, with at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with a focus on pasta and main dishes
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow recipes and plating standards consistently
Assist with prep duties as needed
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
Skilled in preparing pasta and hot entree items
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Punctual, clean, and reliable
Experience with Korean or Italian cuisine is a plus
Food Safe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
