We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to learning and adapting to our kitchen while having a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols, as well as an ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for cooking.
Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to.
Collaborate with team members.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a full service restaurant is required.
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the restaurant industry
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a courteous attitude under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality food preparation.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
