We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety standards Restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Passion for delivering exceptional food service and creating a positive dining experience for guests
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
