We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items efficiently and accurately, maintaining quality and presentation standards Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Support the team during busy service periods by providing timely and efficient food preparation Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during each shift

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in cooking or food preparation roles Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Strong understanding of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering quality dishes to guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
