We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking tasks.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for serving high-quality meals and enhancing the dining experience for guests.
