Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily specials and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help with inventory management and stocking of supplies as needed. Participate in regular kitchen clean-up duties to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in food service within a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation. A passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
