Horang Korean Inspired Restaurant & Bar in Hammond Bay Center, and looking for passionate, professional, bright people to join our BOH team!
We will require bright, motivated candidates to create a positive work environment that promotes genuine hospitality, respect, and teamwork.

Line/Prep Cook responsibilities include:

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Following the prep list created by chefs to plan duties Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible Measuring ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking

Dishwasher - Full-Time/Part Time

- Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.

- Receive and store supplies.

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, andor pans using dishwashers or by hand.

- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.

- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
