Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards Cook menu items efficiently and consistently, maintaining presentation quality Support food safety and sanitation protocols during all stages of food handling and preparation Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Stock and organize kitchen supplies, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed Passion for the food industry and a desire to grow culinary skills within a professional setting Offre d'emploi - Cuisinier(ere) a temps plein
