SummaryLine cooks are truly an integral part of our operation at Mccabes. Our food and beverage program is built on scratch cooking, fresh ingredients and input from our entire team during menu development.Line cook responsibilitiesMaintain the highest level of food quality practices and procedures set out by our executive chefComplete daily prep list routines and walk-throughs of each station to ensure food quality and inventory levels are addressed and to bring any concerns to our executive chef prior to service.Full compliance with all public health and safety standards including temperature logs, Food safety and storage guidelines and proper inventory practices.To build a solid working relationship with our executive chef as well as management and coworkers alike.Have an up-to-date food handler certification during employment with us.What we can do for you what we can do for you.
