We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers

Experience

Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations is highly desirable Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment will be considered an asset Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook will help ensure a smooth transition into this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$23.38 per hour
