We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and utensils after use.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
